Random Acts of Elevator Music

Random Acts of Elevator Music is a “guerilla muzatronica” collaboration with Matt Adair. We performed regularly mostly between 2003 and 2006, reconvening for a tour in 2009 and some performances in 2016 and 2017 to promote releases on Clan Analogue, including our self-titled album. Although we played many gigs at electronic music nights in bars and venues, our primary aim was to infiltrate CBD office buildings during working hours to perform improvised ambient music to office workers in lifts.

Their portable studio hidden in briefcases, who knows where these undercover sonic redesigners will strike next.
